Late check-out is available for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance. Late check-out may not be possible depending on availability.

We can store your luggage at the front deck before check-in and after check-out.

Valuables can be stored in the free safe in each guest room or at the front desk.

Please send you luggage to the address below. Be sure to include the your name (the name associated with your room) and dates of stay on the package and address it to the front desk. Please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, or items requiring temperature control.

Luggage shipping services are available at the Gift Shop on the first floor during operating hours.

Banquet halls are generally for groups of 9 or more.
*Please contact us to check availability and make a reservation.
*Please note that bringing drinks into the banquet hall is not permitted.

While we do not have barrier-free rooms, ramps are available within the facility for wheelchair access.
*Please note there are steps when entering guest rooms and the dressing area of the large bath.

We have three wheelchairs available for rental. Please contact us in advance if needed.

The Gift Shop is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Our facility offers four types of hot springs.

• 1. Acidic sulfur spring (sodium sulfate sulfur spring)
• 2. Sodium-calcium chloride spring (salt spring)
• 3. Acidic Iron (II) sodium chloride spring (acidic iron spring)
• 4. Acidic sodium-calcium chloride spring (mixed spring of 2. and 3.)

Each type provides unique benefits, so please enjoy them all.

Day-use hot springs are 1,400 yen for adults (12 years and older), 700 for children (6 to 12 years old), and 300 yen for young children (2 to 6 years old).
*If you do not have a face towel or bath towel, rental towels are available for 200 yen.

Day-use bathing check-in is from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and can be used until 8:00 PM.
*Please note that this service is unavailable if the entire facility is reserved for private use.*Please note that we will not be able to reserve the entire building for private use.

T The large bath is open from 1:00 PM to 2:00 AM and from 4:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
*Please note that the baths alternate between men and women. *The sauna is available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

We will do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies. Please let us know about any ingredients you cannot eat in advance.
*Note that breakfast is served buffet-style, so accommodations are only available for dinner.

Meals for children (6 years and younger) are available for 3,700 yen (includes both breakfast and dinner). Dinner is a kid's set meal, while breakfast is served buffet-style.

The latest dinner reservation is at 7:30 PM. Please arrive at the hotel by 7:00 PM to enjoy your dinner at a leisurely pace in your room.

Suspension of Bus Service
The Yu-Yu Liner shuttle bus service between Sapporo and Noboribetsu has been suspended. We had planned to reopen reservations, but the service will remain unavailable for the foreseeable future.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

From JR Noboribetsu Station, you can take a Donan Bus or a taxi to the hotel.
If taking the bus, get off at the Noboribetsu Onsen Bus Terminal, and the hotel will be diagonally to your right (approximately 1 minute on foot).

Parking is available free of charge (includes underground, multi-level, and outdoor parking).
*Please note that your vehicle will be managed by our staff during your stay.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the facility. Thank you for your understanding.
